Visiting DC for work and I came here to grab some hot and sour soup and garlic naan bread. I ended up coming back for 4 nights in a row after work. The food is amazing and the staff is fantastic! This is a must if you're in DC!

Awesome Nepalese cuisines in really reasonable prices. If you want to test good south Asian food in DC this is a must visit place. Extra tip: don't forget to order chhyang if you are alcohol enthusiast

The staff and the people there were lovely. They suggested their recommendations and all of them were great. We are definitely going back with friends and family.

When it is really, really cold....this is my spot for "hot" food. Go Tibetan---the SPICY momo's chicken or pork, AND the Traditional Soup. People are nice here and the food is really fresh, so the wait can be long....snuggle up, drink up and enjoy the food.

The depth of flavor that the chef's create at this northern Indian gem will bring you back time and time again. The value is also undeniable, so stop trying to get into Rasika and head here, you won't be disappointed.

Quiet spot with great momo and nepali food. Super friendly service.

From the warm and inviting decor to the delectable aromas (hark, might that be sandalwood incense mingling with the enticing scents of curries and tandoors?) to the soothing mountain muzak, Himalayan Heritage is a full sensory dining experience. The waitstaff is friendly, the portions are ample, and the prices are reasonable. Most importantly, the food is simply amazing - the dhindo thali, off of the Nepalese specialties menu, lived up to its name with a truly breathtaking assortment of fresh, boldly-flavored, and well-balanced curries and chutnies (I ordered my food extra spicy, and while there was significant heat, the food lost none of the subtle layers of flavor lent by the aromatic herbs and spices). Himalayan Heritage is truly a gem of a restaurant.
